Before the lockdown, F&B was in overdrive. The caterer introduced many new items on the menu and held authentic food festivals like Mangalorean, Parsi and Goan. Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays saw our restaurant packed, bubbling with music amidst the clinking of glasses and clatter of cutlery! Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, our members and their guests were spoilt for choice between dining at the restaurant or enjoying a sumptuous meal on our newly reopened terrace under a starlit sky. Our F&B team also introduced a winter menu which brought back a lot of our old time favourites like steaks, sizzlers, pork chops and more. Recently, we appointed a new caterer, Udhan Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. Depending on notifications from the Government and until normalcy returns, they will be ready to start with a snack counter as we are in the process of renovating the kitchen. We would like to bid adieu to Aurum Foods, our outgoing caterer, and wish him the best in his future endeavours.
