Halloween night in October was an incredibly colourful, fun filled successful event followed by An Affair to Remember in November which was a musical extravaganza featuring some of Mumbai's best singers, backed by an all star band, This jam-packed event was held under a thousand stars.

Gymkhana Day on December 3rd, and the feast of our patron saint -St. Francis Xavier, began with the Eucharistic celebration. The celebrants were Reverend Fathers Reuben Tellis & Savio De Sales. The celebration theme was ‘Blessed & Thankful’; Michael & Sunita & Desmond Taylor were in attendance to entertain members on the dance floor.

The Children’s Christmas Tree spread Christmas cheer to some 250 children with Santa in attendance.

Christmas Dance set the pace with Rockin Marmalade who drew a packed dance floor. The music and ambience had people work up quite a sweat till the wee hours!

Let’s Be Friends, another traditional and extremely popular event at WCG had a packed Orchid hall, dancing to music by Getting Dizzy with D.

New Year's Eve was wonderfully unique this year as WCG brought down the curtains on 2019 with the entire family - a first time for us and this of course was with a live band in attendance and a grand fireworks display.

In mid January 2020, DJ Nelson kept our Senior Citizens Brunch rocking with good music and the games organised added to the excitement.

Jazz night in late January was a night to remember. A rapt audience watched Samantha Noella and the Crooked Tailbones enthrall everyone with some well-known jazz standards.

Valentines Ball was a scene set for a romantic night. A houseful danced, suited and booted, to soulful classics by Sensations with Mario & Nikita & won prizes galore.

Carnival Fiesta was an evening of fun and dancing kickstarted with a colourful parade led by King Momo and Queen Mimi. Seven dance groups kept the crowd spellbound with their performances. Petula & No Strings Attached had everyone on the dance floor.

Women's Day Brunch saw well-known gynaecologist Dr. Rashmi Sequeira, ‘Mrs. India’ Deepa Jhaveri & The Sassy Songbirds set the tone for this lively afternoon brunch which celebrated woman power. Compere Darryl Loyola & DJ Nelson made our energetic women set the dance floor on fire!

Due to the lockdown, we have been reaching out to members through the online series of QuaranShine Sundays, a musical extravaganza where our own members are the performing stars.
